There really aren't very many great sales at the grocery stores around here this week, so I'll be sticking to quick and easy recipes (quick and easy also means cheap!) that are still somewhat healthy.
Sunday: Baked Cornflake Chicken Tenders with peapods and scalloped potatoes
Monday: Chicken and rice casserole with a side of broccoli
Tuesday: Ham and Cheese Quesadillas with a side of fruit salad
Wednesday: Meat Loaf, mashed potatoes, corn
Thursday: Dinner Out
Friday: Leftover meatloaf
Simple, but still comforting meals in this cold weather!
